The law firm analyzes the purchase contract, checks the registration of the property, applies for NIE numbers, and opens a bank account for you (if necessary).

6. Signing of the purchase agreement

Here too, the law firm ensures that everything is carefully reviewed so you won’t be faced with any unpleasant surprises. The law firm liaises with the builder or seller. Bank guarantees are requested for each installment to be paid. You sign the purchase agreement.
